You interview 3-7 high-fit candidates that have successfully passed our multi-step interview and assessment process. You only pay if you decide to move forward.
Our comprehensive onboarding process includes everything from payroll and compliance to benefits management and retention strategies, ensuring your new hire's long-term success. They'll also have a dedicated Talent Agent working in tandem with your Project Manager for seamless integration and ongoing support.
